ABAIP SHIPPING POLICIES

At ABAIP, we ship by UPS Ground is PLAIN, UNMARKED boxes. On the shipping label, the only thing that appears are the initials "ABAIP", NOT the full company name. We can ship in marked boxes if you prefer, just let us know!

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $20.00

Shipping by UPS Ground is included in our prices in the Continental United States on orders over $20.00. Orders under $20.00 will be charged a $6.00 shipping fee. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or foreign countries will cost a little extra. Please email us for a shipping quote BEFORE placing your order to avoid shipping delays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need your products in a hurry, we can ship UPS Overnight, 2ND Day AIR or 3 Day Select for an additional charge. Please contact us for current rate quotes. In order to process the shipping charges on your credit card, we MUST have permission by email to process the quoted charge BEFORE we ship.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We can ship to a P.O. Box without a problem. Please note that UPS can NOT deliver to a P.O. Box. The order would be shipped by Priority Mail, for which there is an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote giving your street address, city, state and zip code. We will then email you back with a shipping fee quote.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERIES

If you place an order and we ship it, we expect that you will accept it. If you refuse the delivery and the package is returned to us, you will be charged the shipping rate that we are charged for the delivery to you and the return to our office.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS FOR CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you are ready to place your order, please DOUBLE check the form for errors in your shipping information. We ship to the address that is entered on the order form. If you give the wrong address and the package is returned to us, we have to charge you for the return shipping and the cost of shipping the package back out.

If you entered your address correctly, and WE ship it incorrectly, there is no charge for the error. We make every effort to ensure that this does not happen.
