Do you ever offer sales?
No. The reason I do not offer sales like other companies do, is I give the best price I can give up front. If I could give a lower price, I would all the time, not just to "draw you in" and then raise the prices. I do offer a discount for those who take advantage of my Auto Ship program, as this helps me plan for ordering and does save me a couple dollars. This savings, I pass to my Customers. When I used to order my products from other companies, I liked knowing what I was paying regularly, so I could budget for it.
What is your "Guarantee"
At ABAIP, I want you to be happy with your purchase. My "Try it and See Guarantee" is simply this: If you buy a bag of a product to try and aren't convinced it is a fantastic product, I will refund your purchase price IN FULL. I am so confident in the products I carry, that I am proud to offer this guarantee. Please note that this guarantee only applies to bag quantity purchases.
What is your Auto Ship program?
My Auto Ship Program is simply this: If you know how often you need your case or cases of products shipped out (every 4 weeks for example) just set up a schedule with me and give me a credit card to keep on file and I will automatically ship and bill your card on that schedule. You never again have to remember to order your supplies! This saves me a couple dollars per case, as I now what to have on hand and when. I pass this savings on to you in a $2.00 PER CASE auto ship discount!
How is my order shipped?
At ABAIP, I ship by UPS Ground is PLAIN, UNMARKED boxes. On the shipping label, the only thing that appears are the initials "ABAIP", NOT the full company name. I can ship in marked boxes if you prefer, just let me know!
Can you or do you sometimes drop ship my order?
Yes, if you want your order drop shipped from one of my suppliers I will happily do that for you. Please be aware thoug that these orders will ship in marked factory cartons. I have been asked many times by people to do this, so I have no problem with it. My suppliers have been VERY reliable with this and protect your information just as much as I do. Your credit card information is NEVER, EVER transmitted to my suppliers! They only receive your name, address and product ordered.. Sometimes, I may be back ordered on a product. In this case I will contact you and ask if you want it drop shipped to expedite shipping. If yo usay NO then I ship when the inventory comes in.
How do you protect my privacy?
At ABAIP, your privacy is VERY important to me! I NEVER, EVER share your information with ANYONE without your specific permission. I DO NOT rent, lease, trade, swap, give or even allow anyone to PEEK at your information. This includes the fact that I do not even share your information with my suppliers unless you request I drop ship your order from their facilities as noted in the question above.. Your private information is YOURS and it stays that way
Can you ship to PO Boxes, APOs and FPOs?
No, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes APOs or FPOs due to the fact that packages can not be tracked well nor is there a proof of delivery such as with UPS. I apologize for any inconvenience. If an order is submitted with a PO Box address, it will be canceled and refunded LESS 5% of the order total to reimburse us for credit card charges that we have to pay.
Can you ship to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, I can ship to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.
If you live in Canada and want to order ABENA products, you can order them now through a great Canadian supplier called B4NS! This will save you a LOT of money on shipping charges and eliminate Customs fees and delays!
These orders are shipped by US Postal Service for which there is an additional shipping charge. Please contact me for a shipping charge quote BEFORE placing your order. I will send you a shipping quote and if it is acceptable to you, you would then place your order and give permission in the "Special Instructions" box to charge your card for the added shipping quoted.
PLEASE NOTE: If you place your order before getting a shipping quote and then decide NOT to have the order shipped due to the cost of shipping, your money will be refunded in full EXCEPT a 5% (of the order total) fee for refunding your money. This fee covers the amount we are charged by our card processor to process and then refund your order.
What if I place an order and then decide to cancel it?
If you place an order and then you decide you do not want it shipped and cancel it, your money will be refunded in full EXCEPT a 10% fee. This fee covers charges I incur to process your card or PayPal for the order and then fees I am charged to refund that money to your card or PayPal account.
What if I decide I don't want my shipment or it is unable to be delivered by UPS or Postal Service?
If you place an order and I ship it, I expect that you will accept it. If you refuse the delivery, or the Postal Service or UPS can not deliver it and the package is returned to me, you will be charged the shipping rate that I am charged for the delivery to you and the return to my office. I also charge a 20% restocking fee on returned orders.
What is your return policy?
My return policy is very simple.
DISPOSABLE PRODUCTS
I can accept UNOPENED bags or cases of product in return without a problem. To return a product, just drop me an email letting me know what you are returning, why you are returning it and what method you will be returning it by, such as UPS, Postal Service, etc.. When I RECEIVE the package, I will issue a refund in whatever method you paid. If you paid by credit card, I will refund your credit card. Your refund will be for the purchase price LESS what it cost us to ship the product to you. YOU are responsible for paying for the return shipping to us. This policy is only good for 30 days from original order date. After that time, we charge a 20% restocking fee as well. For example:
REUSABLE PRODUCTSI am sorry, but due to health regulations, reusable products offered on the site are NOT returnable or refundable in ANY way. All sales on these items are final, so be careful with size and that the product is what you want when ordering.
How long is your return policy good for?
My return policy is good for 30 Days from the original order date. After that time period, I do charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
